As you well know, one of the keys to increasing profitability is to improve the efficient use of your time as well as that of your employees. But do you have the problem of starting each day with 10 important things to do and only time to get maybe five of them done? This is one of the most common concerns I hear from busy leaders. The cruise ship was lying on its side and the boat was in chaos. As the ship started to tip, it probably took just a few minutes for the Captain of the Costa Concordia to realize that something was wrong. Then only a split second to ask, āwhat was I thinking?ā, followed by a gut wrenching feeling.
